“Working with you was easy but also intense. Enlightening but also deeply familiar. I feel more seen and validated. It's less about the framework you've built, and more about how you use it, communicate it and weave it into lives and businesses. This is no small feat.

You were able to clearly understand what I was doing, how and why it was valuable and use that to parse out all the pieces + the language I needed to understand my own business and what I was trying to say.

My writing was made so much easier because of the discussions we’ve had, breaking down my approach and the philosophies that drive it.

Sometimes when I take the time to build out a foundational piece I either won't go back to it or I'll go back to it and it feels not really connected to what I’m doing today. When I go back to our framework, the work we did still feels connected even though it's been at least a couple months.

Behind the scenes

Podge is a Management + Leadership Coach and a person I admire deeply. The only thing not quite clicking for her was putting what she does exactly into words.
